Had a bad experience with the secretary she’s rude and snotty. Won’t be going to my appointment March 31st due to her being rude and treating me like I’m stupid on the phone. They seem to not want to deal with a woman having an issue then asks if it’s my period! Quit treating me like I’m stupid! Very rude
Had a terrible experience (Farmington location) after coming back and seeing my Doc was no longer here. Dr Klimek saw me - I am mid twenties and interested in starting a family with my soon-to-be husband and he spent the entire appointment trying to convince me that "having a baby is a bad idea" and insinuating I am too young - "my daughter is the same age as you and she isn't even thinking about having kids." I would have expected more from a OBGYN doctors office when I call on a holiday weekend and there ZERO EMERGENCY ANSWERING SERVICE! I was suppose to have been contacted about my appointment NOTHING in WEEKS. I do not know WHAT HAPPENED but over the years this office has LOST focus on the patient! Your lack of emergency coverage caused me URGENT CARE VISIT on top of that I find out from other sources that my DOCTOR left months ago!!!
