This shop owner certainly has an attitude. She does not seem to care about her customers very much or to go out of her way to assist them. She tends to be running the business as a status attainer or something. I can guarantee that she is not Indian. I have lived in Santa Fe and many non-Indian people have the same typical attitude that run shops selling Indian goods.
