Alicia (Fraud Department) desperately needs a refresher course on good customer service. She is the reason that I closed both of my accounts. Katelyn, Vince and Keegan were excellent. Good morning, please pay attention to the San Juan, PR branch. The ATM has been malfunctioning for over a week. I can't make deposits. The lines at the branch are very long, taking over 45 minutes.

False advertisement for 3.89% car loan on their website. I joined because I have a 850 credit score, $30,000 left on my mortgage, 30yrs with my current employer and never late with payments showing a 37 yr credit history with multiple items on my credit history. But I was denied the 3.89 apr for a car loan. They are scammers. I asked what I was missing to meet the 3.89 and Robert told me that was a company secret.
