Slow to process transfers. High interest rates.
Worst experience ever with auto loan process. It’s literally been almost 3 months and still doing paperwork to finish. The loan have sent two physical titles. They finally got one of them and then that took over 30 days for them to process that title and then they said more paperwork to do a power of attorney and I have to send that back through snail mail and that’ll take another 30 days and in the meantime, the raise on my rate to 18% I have bought over 100 cars in my life and I’ve never had to do so much paperwork through... read more
Terrible credit union, been with them for over 13 years, they are no longer the friendly competent firm they were in the past. They botched up their own process and wanted me to jump through hoops to satisfy their made up procedure. I just told them to close my account, I'm done. Not only that, the supervisor lady was extremely rude. They rely too much on technology now and don't check any of it or allegedly have a way to cancel an account with out you giving them a code from a text.
