What a terrible company and one that exploits disabled service members. I opened my first Pentagon Federal Credit union savings account 25 years ago in August 2001 at the Pentagon itself. in 2026 the fact that you are unable to provide digital transfer of funds on a new car loan is a sizeable oversight. Your teams on the phone and chat are great, your rates are good, but this substantial oversight in customer experience should be remediated immediately. we live in a paperless and cashless world. move forward
Beware! I had a very bad experience with PenFed Credit Union during my recent auto loan application process. I applied for an auto loan over the phone and was initially told that approval would be based primarily on my credit profile and that PenFed would be performing a hard credit inquiry to make their lending decision.
