Used to be a great place to bank, have loans and credit cards. The service has decreased significantly in the last few years. Now they have been withdrawing service charges every month I did not know about. Just a service charge sharking bank like all the others now.
HELOC loan application, very slow process, no updates, told "you can get $---000 loan for sure!" by loan officer and then denied because I have a home business. Typical bait and switch stuff- dissappinting.
Absolutely worst credit union to bank with they have no desire to help anyone when you call customer service they should call it get belittled service. The customer service team is not knowledgeable and most recently displaying retaliatory and discriminatory behaviors. I am seriously considering filling a discriminatory complaint with NCAU, CFPB, and my attorney.
I was checking refi rates through Refi Genius, which advertises the ability to check rates with no ding to your credit, however, PenFed did a, "hard pull" on my credit report without my authorization. I disputed through Equifax to remove it, but my request was denied. I don't recommend Refi Genius or Penfed for their unprofessional business practices.
I be here for one hours half drive and in the bank is not change the check for $3000 is not happy With supervisor is this moment :(
