Garbage. I have good credit make good money and low debt and they denied me a car loan. Just a waste of time any a horrible company. DO NOT USE!!
Very bad customer service on several occasions and unfriendly use of services.
Very disappointed that I got pre approved for a condo but the company that reviews the condo documents (Condotek) never got the documents nor review them on time for the PenFed application to be approved. Lost my hard earned money with PenFed and Condotek. Very sad
