2 months card issues, 2 months 2 hour phone calls. Fraud department says issue is resolved have a nice day. Member services says hold on and transfers me to the fraud department. Issue not resolved, wasted fees, wasted time, unhelpful people. I am so angry so frustrated. Corporate America is the only people who can get away with this.
Derrick was very helpful and patient as he assisted me in setting up my Pen Fed mobile banking account.
Garbage. I have good credit make good money and low debt and they denied me a car loan. Just a waste of time any a horrible company. DO NOT USE!!
