In branch help was fine. Withdrawal and information on how to get a new debit card. Teller was kind and helpful. Had to call to arrange withdrawal of more than $2,000 per policy. Called 48 hours ago and still awaiting email that it's approved so I just went and withdrew max of 2k. And I had to tell them when I requested more, what I wanted the money for. Seriously? My money = NONYA
