I had a very disappointing experience with Gifty at the PenFed branch in Woodbridge. I attempted to ask a simple question about my debit card, and not once, but three times, I was interrupted mid-sentence with answers that didn’t address my actual concern. Extremely easy to apply, got approved quickly, spoke to a HUMAN quickly (multiple times)! They were extremely knowledgable and eager to assist. Plenty of branches to go in person and get the funding immediately. Would recommend without hesitation!
