Ms Rohna was an absolute gem. Very helpful and her attitude was just overall positive. She helped my husband and I with refinancing a vehicle and it was quick and easy with her help. Thank you Ms Rohna!!
I talked to a representative who was only partly helpful, but what I found creepy was that, when I asked him where his office was, he declined to say, as though it were a privacy issue, after asking me for all kinds of identifying information. He had said he was on the West Coast, so I asked if he was in California, because we were talking about closing times. I didn't ask him for his name or address. It was just weird.
