Easy access Atm, and better benefits for checking and savings….recommended
There were no customers in line, or in the entire credit union when I entered. I stood in the non-existent line for a few minutes and one of the tellers said she'd help me after she logged on. Instead of logging on, she did other tasks, then started cleaning. The other teller stood at her post and said nothing. I left after watching this go on for 5 minutes.
Three people in front of me at 1300 hrs weekday. One teller then another started setting up. Waited 20 minutes to get to the new teller only to be told only the other one can cut a cashiers check. That one teller was still helping the customer when I first arrived. Meanwhile two other workers sitting in their empty offices. Waited 10 more minutes and gave up because I had an appointment elsewhere. Everyone waiting were visibly upset. I have to try again on a Saturday which has been historically just as bad or worse
Joanne was great. She took care of my banking needs. She followed up via several emails and a phone call to let me know that my transactions had been completed.
