Very professional ! Went for a car loan and got everything finished within one hour ! Highly beyond my expectation as I was planing to sit there for a few hours and even extra rounds. Very satisfied and the rate is good !
Wait time is wayy too long why is there just one teller!
Have been sitting here for nearly an hour. When walking in, someone says anything to you. It’s very confusing. There is a clipboard you sign into. Not a single person has been called since 1046 and it is now 1pm. There’s a woman at a desk near the front to the right that has just been sitting on her phone and hasn’t helped anyone. Another gentleman to the left at the front counter that deciding to take a couple that signed in after us so they could do their car loan. Simply here to drop off a car title.
