I called at 9am to have a plant delivered same day for a noon visitation/funeral. Tammy was wonderful, answered the phone cheerfully and double checked the funeral arrangements for me. She was so helpful and friendly. I'm out of state but my family that was able to see the plant said it was big and beautiful. I will definitely be using Penelope's again as well as telling my family and friends.
I had a wonderful experience with Penelope’s Flower Shop! I ordered a bouquet as a gift, and not only were the flowers absolutely beautiful and fresh, but the team went above and beyond by correcting a grammar error on the note before I even noticed it myself. That level of attention to detail and care really impressed me. It’s rare to find a business that puts that much thought into every aspect of the customer experience.
