Penelope has offered me a few valuable tools to add to life as she helps me work through life's trials. She has introduced the 'brain spotting technique' which has opened new doors for healing for me that I can incorporate into my life, as well as help me to understand how trauma affects my body as it is released energetically via this technique. She's awesome! She provided me with great tools and information. I would recommend if you want someone who is genuine and caring. I also felt she as if she actually listened to me and provided the long term self care I needed.
