Fraud is the only word that comes to mind, especially as I spent a lot of money here and never received my bridesmaids dresses. I can't get in touch with anyone from their "office" except for a call service. Do not shop here, these people are essentially scam artists.
Ordered a bridesmaids dress 6 months ago. Was supposed to ship May 20th. After several attempts to call and email them they finally said it would ship June 29th. On July 5th they sent me the following: There has been some delays with the brand Bill Levkoff dresses as such we will not be able to honour the shipment in time for the wear date.
