Many many power outages. One of their techs came and told me to buy a generator because the infrastructure is outdated and in disrepair . We are on the 151 circuit and it's downtime average is 320 hours a year. I know this because the information is downloaded off my generator every year. They sent me a text saying my power was off no brainer I was home at the time wind was getting pretty bad power went off said power outage was estimated to turned on around 10.30 and would keep us updated but no response it's 3.15 am no power to my cpap machine or my oxygen machine tried to call got a automated response to call back on Monday still no update bills keep getting higher and less personal experience just grab the money and forget costumer service could have made different plans but after 10.30 no updates
More options needed to login. I changed my phone number and can't receive verification code. There is no option to use my email as an alternative. Frustrating.
Talked to 5 different people to start new service at a place I own, seems no one has the responsibility to make that happen. I’ve been transferred 3 times with a 1.5 hour plus wait each time. This is absolutely unacceptable. Update it’s been 6 days and still haven’t been able to get power transferred and turned on into a new property. Absolutely pathetic.
