Wow! The emergency power number is a long drag on even trying to sign me up for texts.? Do you thing people dealing with power outages want to go through all that unnecessary scripts?? No! Fix the reporting script!!!
The cut my internet line to my house while fixing a pole outside. No contact about it, no calls no nothing. Called to try to get compensation for losing a days work as a result, got attitude and indifference. Do better.
They are the reason we went solar! If there is any way you can go with another provider, Do! long wait times, no direct line to customer service, addition wait time when being transferred. Poor call prompts.
