Power outage? It's supposed to be 97°!! Today. Are you serious? !
Literally the worst company I’ve ever had to work with. Had a tree fall on our power lines, even after getting everything fixed by our landlord, all they had to do was turn our power back on. Safe to say we haven’t had power in a week and a half and every time I call they tell me “we’ll get to it eventually but I can’t tell you when”. The representatives are so incredibly rude and literally don’t care about their customers. If I could give “0” stars I would. The electric is always going out and sometimes over nothing! The prices they charge are not worth the service you get. Honestly think this company needs to be looked into. With the prices I pay, they should be able to keep the electricity on for more than a few hours at a time!
