The most annoying customer service system I have ever encountered. Took forever just to make a payment.
Phone customer service took 1.5 hours to call back; then when someone asked what is the service address, I stated the address, then they said please hold a second , and I was then back in the phone queue. And the service wait time jumped to 2-3 hours! This is a travesty. Plus, for a home that was unoccupied, the bill was several hundred dollars — but getting through to customer service is nigh impossible. It’s maddening and terrible service.

Absolutely a joke of a company can drive to Ohio before I get a call back with the wait times they tell you went from a 400 ish bill to 1084.65 bill in under a month
