Absolute worst company to deal with. I really wish there was an alternative
Greedy company. Paying over $1000 for an electric bill and I have my lights off all the time and don't even have a fridge or stove, nothing that guzzles electricity 🤦♀️
Please please get another electric company to service my address! Customer service is a nightmare! Trying to contact someone is a never ending battle for someone to answer!! Absolutely the worst of the worst!!!
They didn’t pick up or even put me on hold when I called customer service for live power lines over are drive way for over 34 hours then to be told they have other things to do absolutely horrible service.
They suck one month my bill is $302 the next month it’s $18 I’m on a regular monthly payment. They have terrible service nothing is accurate. I don’t believe any of my charges are correct at this point. You also can never get through to them for help.
