Hey Penelec, next time you send your cronies around to check meters maybe you could tell them to respect people's property!!!!! I just laid 4 triaxle loads of stone over the weekend and here comes a big Penelec truck that runs right in my freshly dug trench to pull up to the meter because he's too lazy to step out of the truck!!!!! Then, he drives to the top of the lane at the first bend, spins out his tires going up, makes 2 giant ruts down to the mud, turns around and flies down the driveway a 100mph creating more ruts as ... read more
The most annoying customer service system I have ever encountered. Took forever just to make a payment.
Phone customer service took 1.5 hours to call back; then when someone asked what is the service address, I stated the address, then they said please hold a second , and I was then back in the phone queue. And the service wait time jumped to 2-3 hours! This is a travesty. Plus, for a home that was unoccupied, the bill was several hundred dollars — but getting through to customer service is nigh impossible. It’s maddening and terrible service.
