after finishing chemo in 2014 I'm still trying to get pain relief have been on zapain for 11 years and oromph for 2 years finally got relief from pain then they decided I shouldn't be on this medication 11 years later now been prescribed alternative medication 4 times no improvement in fact the pain is unbearable that's why I'm awake in the middle of the night as usual all of a sudden there worried about me becoming addicted to the medication at 70 I just want pain relief
Trying to speak to a gp on my sisters behalf with her consent is terrible. Thankfully they are not my gp practice who are caring kind and considerate
Had numerous runins and heated exchanges with this surgery,practice manager pretty good at talking the talk! ,probably a plan to raise patients blood pressure to be able to prescribe further medication!! I'm told the onus is on the patien to ensure that medication is prescribed at the correct dates !! Yes that all well and good when a recent visit to collect a blood form from surgery I was told my blood test was every 6 Mt's and not the 3 months as it has been for numerous years,Result no medication for a short period.
Absolutely shocking I’ve been trying to make an appointment for over a week now sent in an econsult a week ago rang Monday said I would hear back which I didn’t,rang again for the second time this week and was told you can only make an appointment today if your on palliative care or a child. Supposed to have a review every six months for the medication I’m on haven’t seen a doctor face to face for 2 years
