Absolutely shocking I’ve been trying to make an appointment for over a week now sent in an econsult a week ago rang Monday said I would hear back which I didn’t,rang again for the second time this week and was told you can only make an appointment today if your on palliative care or a child. Supposed to have a review every six months for the medication I’m on haven’t seen a doctor face to face for 2 years
Extremely poor service. Had an MRI on the 12th of March at Spire Yale Hospital and the results had been sent to Pendre Surgery on the 18th March and 25th March, it’s now the 8th April and I’ve been told to call back on Friday the 11th. I have paid for the MRI privately and have been told by the receptionist that I’m not guaranteed to view my result unless the Doctor authorises it? I’ve been registered at this surgery my whole life, very poor service and patient care.
I don't like only online appointments
Doctors are good at this surgery but the woman on the reception desk is consistently rude on every visit and seems to enjoy gatekeeping appointments. Disappointing. I have opted to have my prescriptions sent straight to the pharmacy so I don't have to come here and deal with the rudeness.
