Dr. Pendola's staff would not return phone calls. On 4 different occasions over about 10 months, I left multiple messages for either his nurse or him to get back with me. I would never hear anything back. One time I was so frustrated I went into the office to face the staff. This was regarding my son's scan results and setting up more scans. If Dr. Pendola was an exception doctor then I would approach him about his staff, but he is not. We will not be returning.
