Public service announcement: If anyone in Kingsport that I know and love needs a neurologist, do NOT go to Dr. Pendola. My husband and I just left his office, and we didn't make it past the front desk. The receptionist was rude and did not know how to do her job, and it was like completely unprofessional. We were sitting there side by side and I sent him a text saying, this is crazy do you want to leave? I can find you another neurologist. He's looks at me and says, let's go. Dr Pendola is fabulous I got 3 EMG done by him never did he neglect me or offer to push drugs so I am unsure of other reviews
I highly recommend Dr. Pendola. He was fully present, thorough, and showed excellent communication/overall bedside manner. I could tell that he genuinely was interested in my individual concerns, complaints, current health issues, past health issues, and family history. I could tell that he was interested in the improvements and setbacks with my health.
