We were on our way home from a overnight in LaCrosse. We drove through Winona and thought we would see what shops were open. As we drove by La Boutique we saw someone out front and going in to the store. It was Julie the owner and she mentioned she wasn’t open but we could come and look. Cute and darling shop, yes I said “cute and darling”, I’ve learned 2 key words from shopping with my wife and mother in law.
