They are wonderful. I had a last minute change in my work schedule and they let me drop off my sick cat early. Very kind, knowledgeable people. I trust them with my pets 100%
The staff are very nice, the care is very good, but my issue is with its ownership; it is laughably expensive for even routine services, sometimes even rivaling the expense of cash-pay medical services. This clinic is owned by Lakefield Veterinary Group, which basically gobbles up small, locally-owned clinics like this one, keeps the branding, and starts raising prices. Pendleton veterinary clinic is absolutely the best clinic that we could have in our small area! I normally used a vet that’s in town closer to my house but one of my dogs had an emergency and ate a bunch of plastic and they were the only ones that were willing to take her right away. They saved her life!!! The expertise and compassion for what they were doing. I would recommend them 100 times over I love Pendleton vet.
