We were from out of town and our small dog JJ was viciously attacked by a Great Dane. JJ needed emergency treatment and surgery. The doctor and staff were amazing and made us a priority. They took such good care of our baby (and us)! We can’t say enough about these wonderful people. Thank you for being there for us
I had the honor of working with Dr. Staebler as my senior dog (Ox) reached the age where there were more bad days than good, as the saying goes. He and the supporting staff were true healthcare professionals. It is a gut-wrenching experience to have to make *the call* when it is never clear or obvious... but you can hope there is a team like Dr. Staebler's when the day comes, assuring you they would have made the same call. I'll never forget that.
My dog keeps getting out and someone took her in or something and they called me and even combed her fluff out, for free. It was awesome. So she was more playful when she got home, not as awesome but now she's hung out for a few days.
Staff have been very friendly both times I had brought my pups in to get cremated. I feel like the price is a little high for cremation but it was the only place I had called at the time. But they are great there people there!
