Took my 11 month old daughter here at the recommendation of an on call nurse due to her normal pediatrician being closed because her eye is very swollen and red. Online says walk-ins accepted and open until 5pm. We got to the urgent care and were turned away and told we would need to come back tomorrow or go to hermiston. Usually not a bad experience when ever I need to go there. So I'm back in the room and the door opens its Doctor Kaitlin Brotman. She doesn't even enter the room to sit down and talk. In a rude tone tells me she can't help me. To go to the ER. Tried to ask if she could just look at my knee But agian in a very mean and rude tone. I Can't help you.
Care was excellent
The wait time was minimal. The staff was friendly and efficient. The care team were understanding and supportive.
