10/10 recommend. The ladies behind the desk are awesome. Great attitudes. Dr. Alex was spectacular. Excellent bedside manner. In and out in less than 45 minutes with 13 stitches and a smile on my face.
I was seen here today, I got in and out within 45 minutes. I called ahead to make sure they took my insurance, and they made an appointment for me to be seen right away, which was helpful because I could hardly move. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they got me in and out with no complaints. The office was very clean as well.
Work injury first seen on 2/20/25. STILL waiting to see any kind of specialist besides PT. PLEASE DO NOT waste your time or risk your health. Go to the ER. today is 5/27 and I had to call again for imaging a x-ray and am MRI to go to a Physiatrist who NEEDS the images. Their office has called numerous times as have I. I even went in and requested them myself WAS never told they don't even have the images the hospital does. WTF numerous phone calls from me and the other Dr. today call the hospital. Took my 11 month old daughter here at the recommendation of an on call nurse due to her normal pediatrician being closed because her eye is very swollen and red. Online says walk-ins accepted and open until 5pm. We got to the urgent care and were turned away and told we would need to come back tomorrow or go to hermiston. Usually not a bad experience when ever I need to go there. So I'm back in the room and the door opens its Doctor Kaitlin Brotman. She doesn't even enter the room to sit down and talk. In a rude tone tells me she can't help me. To go to the ER. Tried to ask if she could just look at my knee But agian in a very mean and rude tone. I Can't help you.
