This is my first and last bus trip with Pendleton Travel Company. The owner/leader was extremely unorganized. Our bus was very uncomfortable. There was no leg room and no place to put our drinks or reading materials. The Admiralty Hotel at Teaticket, Massachusetts, was not ADA compliant. Handicapped people had to use stairs as there were no elevators. This was my first and possibly last bus trip. I was looking forward to a nice trip to Cape Cod without the hassle of driving. This trip was unorganized and information misleading. Confirmations were NOT done in advance and consequently there were issues, diverting bus to different, unprepared restaurant, shortage of rooms etc. Go with the flow became the theme of the entire trip. Diamond tour CEO needs to go on one of these trips and check the hotels and restaurants they are using. Quality is subpar. The included Continental breakfast was inedible. Everyone went to the Burger King next door for breakfast. We did not get one good meal from any of the included dinners either. Food was horrible. I mean bad bad. One of the restaurants put us in the basement section and the servers were rude, controlling, and pushy.
