First of all better pay, give annual pay increases, give some pay incentives, do away with the present staff appraisal program, the good old buddy system still alive. Affordable insurance programs.

I visited my friend Chris Lange several times when he was an inmate there....he was later murdered in the prison in Snake River....I think he would still be alive if he was in Pendelton.....

This facility is ridiculous. They are constantly having issues with employees showing up for work and then there's no visitation. Two years in a row I haven't been able to see my son on his birthday due to their poor hiring and employment skills.

They murdered my brother and said it was an overdose...They don’t care about our loved ones!!
