I would give negative stars if possible. I hired this company back in March of 2023 to order a custom front door from Home Depot and install it. I paid upfront since they were to order the door from Home Depot. Over the course of 10 months, I was given several reasons as to why my door had not arrived and that the contractor was working directly with Jeld-Wen doors to resolve the issue. Got a quote for a water heater installation on a Friday afternoon and not even 24 hours later we were back to being able to enjoy hot showers. Incredibly happy with the service we received. Will definitely use them again in the future.
