We have a business that is involved in rehabbing homes for banks and other financial institutions. In many cases they take 60-90 days to pay and we simply cannot afford to wait that long. Pendleton Capital has the system and infrastructure in place that makes it easy for us to upload our invoices and work orders and then get paid immediately. They are great to work with.
Adam sucks . It acts so big but he is a flea waisted allot of time dealing with him. Too high of rates and a one man office.
