I have been seeing Dr. Pendergrass for over 6 years and am very glad he is my oncologist. He is straight forward, caring and very knowledgeable. He put me with an excellent surgeon and team. Can't say enough about his staff, they are all friendly, caring and professional.
If I could give him no stars I would. My dad had Stage 3 Lung Cancer. Met with talked my dad in to Chemo. He never checked on him except once after he started Chemo. He is egotistical and really does not care about his patients. Only a salesman for Chemo. My dad died suffering and no one from KU even returned our calls.
You can't tell me, he didn't know his patients drugs were being diluted!!! He is the worst oncologist EVER!!
Too frightening to describe. Everything you never wanted a loved one to endure during their last day. No compassion.
