Medications In response to Michael's medication concerns. A complete investigation was completed by Department of Health Services and self reporting to Adult Protective Services. Pendergast House remains Deficiency Free as we only operate under complete physician orders.
Over drugging. Allowing Partnership with Saliba's Extended Care, give times for 3 times a day to 8am, 12pm, and 4pm. An 8 hour span. Scolded and intimidated to take, when I have complained of illness. I have two rare diseases, Tolosa-Hunt Syndrome, and Sarcoidosis. They freely request medication through doctors.
