*updated review* Had to renew lease due to boyfriends job asking us to stay longer last minute.. ended up having to get regular pest control service for the condo. Not sure if it’s only my unit but the air filtration is horrible. We had a constant issue with dust buildup and allergies. We’d wake up stuffy because of the horrible air quality. Do NOT rent or even consider a home in this area! Neighbors are negligent to their dogs, rude, have dogs barking at all hours of the day and haven’t done anything about it. Sent a notice to the animal compliance and owners are still negligent leaving their dog at home so it’s barking throughout the day, sometimes even as early as 7am. When letting them know about their dog noise they have been hostile and aggressive. Neighbors here are selfish and lack consideration of maintaining peace and quiet. I can't recommend renting a ground floor unit here. My upstairs neighbors enjoy being horribly noisy at all times of day and night. Zero accountability, zero empathy, zero effort from them, and so far the staff have been ineffective in providing any resolution.
Noisy neighbors with large families would gather right outside my bedroom and be talking outside, so I can’t get any peace in my own room. Windows are not very noise proof. So far living here for less than a year and have already encountered many issues. First off, my A/C quit working in the middle of the summer. Then once it started warming up all of the roaches move into my condo. No matter how many times I spray- they come back. I am convinced the place is infested. My next door neighbor was a crackhead- I’m sure the roaches are coming from her place since she got kicked out.
