I recently visited your parking lot for the first time and was issued a fine almost $100 due to unclear payment instructions. There were no visible signs indicating how or when to pay as we used stairs. After parking, we spent time figuring out the payment process, which resulted in a fine being issued before we could pay. We called your customer service twice, spending a total of four hours on the phone, to explain the situation and request a waiver, but our issue was not resolved. Be careful if you are considering a monthly parking here. Impark charged my wife full amount for monthly pass, but doesn’t provide her promptly with an access card after hours. If we wanted to expedite the access card delivery - pay extra. No option to even pick up the access card in-person. It has been 2 weeks and she still does not have the access card. Only in Canada, do people accept this pathetic level of service. No company could get away with this in any other country.
Paid $25 for 5 hours of parking till 5:30 pm and still got towed away before 5 pm. Also there are lots of unclear signage about restricted areas and reserved stalls. Based on my experience, I would not recommend parking here.
The staircase to the parking machines are very confusing, they need to post better signages.
