Jerry just finished a job replacing the lights at our office. He was professional, clean, and efficient. The property manager dealt with the bidding and invoicing, so I only saw the work and finished product. I took his number if I need a good handyman in the future!
My husband & I hired Jerry to frame a unfinished basement. He was the highest estimate I received out of 3 bids, we had used him before and thought he would the most trustworthy and dependable, not the cheapest, I WAS WRONG. He kept telling me “that part of the job (closets & bathroom framing) Wasn’t included in the bid. Who pays over $5,300 to frame a basement and doesn’t expect a complete job???
