Penda has far exceeded my expectations for braiding my hair. I'm a very particular customer about how my hair is braided and Penda never disappoints. She's not only patient but is very fast with Senegalese twists. I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years.

This woman is beyond unprofessional! The first time I went to her she was late and tried to cancel . I was literally getting ready to have my baby (9 month pregnant)I chopped that up as a one time deal. Fast forward with said baby... Second time, late again 🙄. Says my hair is dirty I told her I just washed and blew my hair out. I guess not to her liking, cool. I asked well can she wash it (because I literally saw her wash someones hair IN HER SHAMPOO BOWL). She said she doesn't wash hair. To go wash my hair. This damn woman... read more
