The service I received at this office was extremely unorganized. They have many issues reporting and submitting paperwork. Because of the lack of diligence of at least one counselor at this office I have had many problems with the DOL. It's been nearly three weeks since my treatment discharge and my paperwork still hasn't been submitted to the state. I immediately stopped being a client here after the 3rd appointment for numerous reasons. 1. The counselor could not remember my name during any of the appointments or phone calls. 2. The counselor talked more about her life and payed very little attention to what I said. 3. The counselor insisted I change my day time schedule, which I’ve had for 5 yrs, to make her schedule easier.
