A nightmare. Both the building & 'managers'. A nasty, filthy, nightmare. The building is totally cement with all (lots of rust) metal kitchens & mostly crummy appliances. 2-3 tiny little inadequate heaters, rotting/crumbling flooring, filthy threadbare carpets, a desperate need for paint, black mold, rodents, & cobwebs draped everywhere, bed bugs on 2 different floors when I lived there.
