I had an issue with some parts I had ordered from Pencom. The owner reached out to me personally and we had a good talk. He said that he will never forget the day that he started as a small business and never wants to overlook the small guy. They went above and beyond making this issue right and I'm extremely satisfied. They have earned a customer for life!!
