Poor service in the service department. Plus after asking for a new rim for my dirt bike and was told by customer service they can't help

We were riding through Montana and the rear caliper on my buddies KTM 790 froze and melted. A Good Samaritan recommended Penco in Kalispell. A quick call to Eric in parts and he ordered the new part overnight and coordinated some service time with Cass. The next afternoon Cass left a service lift open. When the part arrived Willy jumped on it and replaced the caliper quickly. We very much appreciate the folks at Penco and would recommend o.
