Christian came out and serviced my generator. He knew exactly what the issues were and problem solved a few quirks from my home being very old. He was friendly and polite. Great job.
Generator was installed by very professional and knowledgeable service people. I was quite impressed with the efficiency with which they completed the installation. I would recommend this company in a heart beat.

I called to request information, got on the line with Sherri. Very friendly but sort of distracted. I called and specifically said I was looking for information on servicing an Onan Microlite generator, she placed me on hold for about 4min initially while she researched the info, I dont mind waiting as I have been calling around MULTIPLE techs... she confirms that they do repair which got me excited....then we went back & forth as to the issue I was experiencing (she didnt know how to write my chief complaint down)....she co... read more
