I can't say enough about Paul and all of the people at Penco Electric & Generators. Not only are they professional and caring, they are also willing to step away from their normal routine. A good friend of mine owns an HVAC company and I had him install my new Generac generator and Paul was willing to do the electrical work. He graciously called my friend to coordinate the work and together they got the job done. I had questions for Penco regarding the generator and they sent out Joe to check it out. Very professional and informational. This was a tough install due to the nature of Mount prospect codes but Penco did a great job on generator placement and running of all lines which was not easy! Not five stars just for a few things I thought could have been better. Cleanup was great but flower pots not put back where they originally were and some costs were not explained clearly and caught me by surprise other than that I would recommend Penco for your whole home generator install!
