I initially stopped and got an estimate for a couple rust spot repairs on my 2011 Dodge Ram. A few weeks later after getting a couple more estimates decided to use this shop for my repair. Scheduled my truck to be dropped off on the 15th of July as he said he would need to have it about a week to repair the two rust spots. The truck was dropped off the morning of the 15th. We have taken our vehicles to Randy Pencil for 20+ years for any body work we’ve needed but we will no longer go here. After waiting for over 2 months to wait for him to have time to work on our vehicle, he finally got our vehicle in. Although he kept telling me he’d be ready for it “in a couple of days” four times and I had to keep suspending my rental car.
