Pence put in our drain field in our new build, after a year we started having trouble with water backing up into the house, we had someone come out and drain the septic tank, but it just started happening again a couple months later. Dealt with it for a while and just made sure we used as little water as possible. There are only 3 people in our house so that shouldn't have been happening. We called Pence because we were having some unique issues with our septic tank. The office went above and beyond to help us figure out the issue. The two techs that arrive to pump our systems were wonderful. They were very respectful and quickly got to work. When I say quickly I couldn’t believe they had pumped both tanks and were just smoothing the last of the dirt back over the tank lid before I finished my iced coffee. What is it with unsafe company vehicles. Don't stop at red lights and pulls out in front of traffic to cause a pile up of people slamming on the brakes. Sure there work is poorly done like there driving

Called to have septic tank emptied. Because it was not an emergency, we were given the option of when to schedule the procedure. Receptionist answered our questions and even called to remind us of our appointment. The two young men were polite and answered all of our questions. They worked and worked to find our tank. The sod was removed, tank was drained, tank was resealed, and sod placed back into yard. He even put our hose back where it belongs.
