Ken is the best! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable & very nice! Highly recommend him!
You never fully appreciate indoor plumbing until it's gone. The valve for my main water shut off broke in the off position, after many decades of service. Ken was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and I have water again! He is great to work with, his prices were reasonable, and I will definitely be using his services in the future.

I wish I could give them more than a million stars! Utility technicians punctured a pipe in our yard. Pence came out and replaced the punctured PVC pipe and was very helpful. He was so professional and communicated very well. We are so thankful he was able to make it out to us and get it done so fast.
