I paid for a headstone in August of 2021 in full. I was told that because of covid and supply shortages it would be end of March, early April 2022 before it would be completed and installed. That was fine. I hadn't heard anything in early April so I sent an email asking for a status update. I got a response about a week later saying they had the granite and it would be completed and installed by the end of the next week. The next week came and went and I received no communication.
