The new leadership at Aventura at Pembrooke has been truly transformative to the overall experience. Their dedication, communication, and hands-on approach have created a more positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. The nurses and nursing assistants are compassionate, attentive, and hardworking, and the stronger leadership has helped bring even more teamwork and consistency throughout the facility.
I Love & will love this facility and staff for the rest of my life..I thank god everyday for the staff & care I received during my journey. Dawn Farage is "The Best" She goes above & beyond & truly cares. My unit Mgr. Ria is awesome..they all are . & I'm gonna miss them all!!❤❤.
On 04/15/2026 between approximately 5:00–6:00 PM, I had a deeply concerning experience at this facility while completing a DoorDash delivery. Per DoorDash policy, drivers are not permitted to enter patient rooms. When my girlfriend attempted to leave the order at the front desk, the staff member there insisted she take a coded elevator to deliver it directly.
