I would like to thank everyone at Northwest Endodontics for their kind and professional services. Dr. Tim was very helpful explaining procedures and what to expect before and after. His staff are wonderful and very caring. Thank you for taking care of my root canals!
Had surgery there. 2 weeks later on Friday night the whole side of my face was swollen, I was in immense pain and had a high fever. I called their "emergency line" Saturday morning and I left a message telling them my fever was high I was sweating and in a lot of pain and I was swollen up on the left side. After calling four more times with no answer I gave up. They called me Monday morning and told me they could get me in on a Thursday 6 days after the event.
