Love Dr. Sawyer and have been a patient of his for many many years. Making an appointment was great when associated with Family Care of Concord a few years back however today, when trying to get an impromptu appointment through Penacook, was put on hold for about 15 minutes (to connect with a nurse practitioner), hung up, called back, was told that a nurse would call me back and never received a call. This practice was wonderful when the original physicians were there, but no longer consistently provides the same quality of care. The change of phone systems several years ago greatly impacted the quality, and even the possibility, of communication. Phone calls are not always returned. Appointments are repeatedly cancelled. I am no longer impressed, or even confident.
