The owners of Penaco Builders perform low quality work and try to take advantage of women. I hired them to build a fence and the craftsmanship was very poor. They used old, rusty oilfield pipe for our fence posts and told us they would remove all the rust before installing them. They did not, instead they just painted over the rust.
