Lately been having issues getting my trash picked up. I have established new service for now two months and they still cannot figure out my route. They forget my location every single week I call the following business day to address the issue and they always have some sort of reasoning as to how they’re going to fix it . The last thing I was told was that they were going to put a tracker on my pick up for the next three weeks and unfortunately that still is not working. Very dissatisfied with service. I live out in the country and I have to call every other month because they “forget” to pick up my trash. They state that on holidays they will go the next business day & will take longer than that. Please do better!
