They did not really help me as faras price they won't work with on cars the have outdated tags or body damages. I FELT THEY TRULY DID NOT WANT TO SELL ME A CAR CAUSE I AM OF COLOR, AND I WAS EVEN TREATED RUDELY AT THE FIRST PENA ,THERE was no one in the office and they would not even show us all the cars because they felt we did not have enough money. 1,000 is good for a used car
