Can not speak highly enough of Erica’s professionalism. We made an appointment and she communicated with me to confirm, answered all my questions. When my job stated that she needed to fill out a form I had forgotten to give her, she came back well after her work hours and stayed with me until it was resolved. Also, she had just broken HER ARM and kept our appointment. Such a kind professional. If my family and friends ever need fingerprints, I will highly recommend her.
