No stars from me just had to click on one to post the review. Mum was here for a year. But became very unsettled when she had ongoing UTI’s. Because of this the manager decided that she could no longer say at the home because the UTI’s made mum’s behaviour more challenging. But the home has an EMI rating so should be able to help those residents who have challenging behaviour. Plus if you can’t then you shouldn’t have the EMI rating. Great home and great staff who go above and beyond daily to ensure all residents are cared for. Nothing is too much bother. I’ve witnessed it with my family member and how they are looked after. Supportive managers who will help staff at the drop of a hat.
Lovely family run care setting for residents suffering with EMI. Matt and the team work tirelessly to deliver the best possible care. Beautiful views out to sea from the conservatory too.
Wonderful care home, my father stayed here for a number of years and was very happy. The staff and management are lovely and nothing is ever too much trouble, you can tell that they genuinely care for the residents in their home. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone
