Our wedding at River's Edge was beautiful! They have a really efficient system for handling guests, getting food served, and working with vendors. The standard food options are pretty good, we were happy we added on a few things like the Craft Cocktail Bar and Philly Food Station for elevated options. River's Edge does have a sound ordinance - it's really not that noticeable, but something to keep in mind for DJs & musicians. I had my fairytale wedding at Pen Ryn Mansion on 10.05.25. The scenery and landscape were absolutely surreal. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I would definitely recommend this venue to my friends for their weddings. It was an outstanding experience, and I loved every minute of it. I wish I could go back—10/10!
The Pen Ryn Estate in Bensalem, Pennsylvania has lush grounds and elegant architecture create the perfect backdrop for wedding photography, and the natural light filtering through the trees is just stunning. The team here is incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything flows seamlessly for both the couple and vendors—truly a gem of a location!
I have been waiting to write this to gather my thoughts & although I am pleased with the venue itself I am giving it 3 stars based on my experience my husband & I had with the staff.
