I had my wedding here 2 weeks ago at Belle Voir and it was perfect. Ares was our bridal attendant and Hayley was our manager. They ran everything perfectly and we got so many compliments on the food.
We got married at the mansion. We had an excellent experience with Pen Ryn. I’ve seen complaints about communication but we couldn’t disagree more - every email was answered timely and with the answers we needed. Pen Ryn is definitely a venue with an à la carte business model, but if you go in knowing that it does not feel like you are being nickel and dimed. Pen Ryn Estate, River's Edge is a picture perfect venue for a Delaware River-side wedding. Getting married before popular months helped save us some money. There are a lot of hidden costs with this venue to be aware of: Napkin colors, charger plates, other enhancements. However, if you cannot meet the minimum guest count for your venue choice, you do get to repurpose that money towards enhancements to elevate your experience.
