The setting is beautiful it's right on the Delaware River. The staff is excellent. The food was amazing. If you are planning a wedding or special event you can not go wrong with this place. I can't recommend them highly enough.
My husband and I just got married at Pen Ryn Estate in the Mansion 2 weeks ago. Jordan our event coordinator, truly went above and beyond to make our day so memorably. Jordan even helped with bustling my dress when it kept coming undone. Alyssa our bridal attended was the best she made sure we had a drink in our hands at all times and even took pictures of us when we had our last private dance together. I was a guest at a wedding at Rivers edge. I would not recommend this place. It is beautiful for photos, but the service is disorganized and the food is of a poor quality (think diner food). Fish was overcooked and had way too much sweet sauce. Children’s meals were served cold. Also, dinner came out extremely late. Everyone at my table was hungry and bored.
