Favorite chinese food I have been eating at Pen for my entire life, being raised on the sesame chicken. I just love it! Compared to other chinese places in town, its the best. The only down side is that there is no delivery only carry out
Hostess is snotty and portions are smaller than the old Pen's. Plus they say they accept credit cards but only if your order is over $10.00. Where does it say that? On a piece of paper tacked to the wall next to the register where no one can see it until you are ready to pay. There are better Chinese restaurants now in town. I'd avoid this place.
i don't even want to give them one star.. not even worth it. Just ordered from here and the food was absolutely horrible. Crispy beef was soggy.. Kung Pao chicken was 80 percent celery, hot and sour soup was all broth, burnt fortune cookies. Honestly it was completely terrible. We called to complain and was told if we come in with our food we would get a refund.
