Really good customer service even though I came across as rude after visiting while I pulled an all nighter diving to visit the store. I didn't ask for her name ,the only person that was working was formally dressed with vibrant hair was very helpful. Plus MILITARY DISCONTS SLAM.
I recently made my first online order at Pen Boutique. It went about as badly as possible. I paid for second day delivery because I was getting ready to leave the country. They didn’t ship the order for several days, which caused it to arrive after I had already moved. The real issue is that I identified the problem with the delay for three consecutive days before they shipped it and told them to cancel the order if it wouldn’t arrive on time.
