Fast, friendly and helpful !
A fine experience and a very professional team, but the way they bill is super messed up. They don't classify themselves as either primary or urgent care (despite having signs that suggest they are both) and I got stuck with a surprise $250 bill when I thought I would only have a copay.
I came in to walk-in care at the new Maveric Street location with sore throat complications. The practitioner that saw me (I wish I could remember her name) was extremely kind and attentive. She asked many questions about my symptoms and was eager to help me. The phlebotomist was also a very kind and communicative person. She made me feel very comfortable. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am now on antibiotics and on a fast track to healing. Thank you guys for all that you do!
A 5 minute appointment cost $345 then a $600 topical ointment was prescribed.
I cannot say enough good things about this place, the providers and office staff. Thank you for helping our community have efficient and quality access to healthcare. 🤍
